Shelden Ogilvy Pisani
Shelden Ogilvy Pisani joined Greater Newark Conservancy’s Board in July, 2007, and serves on the Governance and Advancement & Communications committees. An Essex County resident for 33 years, she and her husband moved to Bay Head New Jersey in 2013. She is a psychotherapist and addiction counselor in private practice. Shelden attended Wellesley College and holds a Ph.D from the New School for Social Research and a New Jersey State License in Alcohol and Drug Counseling. She also serves on the Board of Planned Parenthood and the Ambassador’s Circle of Family Connections. Since the focus of her volunteer work is on promoting wellness and the common good, her work with Greater Newark Conservancy is a perfect fit.
